Prices: Prices are calculated in Canadian Dollars. For customers outside Canada, the currency exchange rate may vary. To estimate your purchase price in your local currency calculate the estimated exchange rate times the destination price (i.e. CAD $4.99 x .82 = USD $4.09). If you are paying for your order via a PayPal account and/or with an international Visa, MasterCard, or American Express credit card, please note that the credit card’s rates may also fluctuate. On checkout, you may keep track of your orders with your own personal customer account.
Order Acceptance/Confirmation: Once we receive your online order, you will be provided with an email notice. Downloads will be immediately available when payment is completed on your confirmation page and by an email with download links. Physical items will be shipped within three days and please allow three weeks for delivery. We reserve the right at any time after receiving your order to accept, limit or decline your order for any reason. If your order is cancelled after you have already paid, you will be refunded the full amount. Since the actual delivery of your physical items order can be impacted by many events beyond our control once shipped, we cannot be held liable for late deliveries.
